Q. Why when I try to download the .pdf files nothing happens?
A. All .pdf files will open in a new window. You will have to change your settings to allow this window to open.
In MSIE click on the yellow banner that shows up and choose "allow blocked content", then choose "yes" to allow active x for this item.
Q. Some of the graphs look jumbled and out of alignment, Why?
A. You are probably using MS Internet Explore. MSIE is a non standard W3C complient web browser. This web page and all HTTP pages associated with it
are written using standardized coding as directed by W3C and certified as strict complient by W3C. MS IE does not follow the standardization. My suggestion
is that you download a modern complient browser (MS IE is not), there are many free ones available ie., FireFox, Opra, Netscape and many more. All other browsers are complient
with W3C and will render correctly with these web pages.
Q. Did you find a broken link or an error?
A. Please go to the bottom of the page and click on "Feedback". When reporting a broken or error link
be sure to include the page the link appears on and the link title.
Q. Do you think that a link should be provided that's not available currently?
A. Go to the bottom of the page and click on "Feedback". When submitting a
link addition request please include the name of the home page, the internet
address, why you think it should be included in the links section and your
suggestion as to which title the link should be placed under.
