Important communication has been received. Acknowledgement to commanding officer is required.
 
Georgia State Defense Force ALCON Alert 5 ALCON 5
All conditions are normal. Soldiers should continue regular drill.
Georgia State Defense Force ALCON Alert 4 ALCON 4
Conditions are developing. Unit soldiers should be aware, and remain abreast of possible changing conditions.
Georgia State Defense Force ALCON Alert 3 ALCON 3
Conditions have changed. Soldiers should prepare personal equipment, arrange schedules, and prepare to move to ALCON 2.
Georgia State Defense Force ALCON Alert 2 ALCON 2
Conditions are threatening. Soldiers should contact unit, alert roster activation, and prepare to activate. Stand-By for ALCON 1.
Georgia State Defense Force ALCON Alert 1 ALCON 1
State of Emergency. Unit is ACTIVATED by Order of the Governor. Soldiers should contact unit via alert roster. Activation is in effect; all soldiers should move to designated staging area with all personal and unit equipment and assume unit is ready for deployment.
